TIME TRIALS 2010

# Sun..28th...Feb.......V310..........YCF 10..Today I rode this event my first time trial of the 2010 season, a 10 mile event run by the Yorkshire Cycling Federation. I enjoyed the outing but the result was very disappointing to say the least, over five minutes down on what I had hoped for. My time was 29:11 and everybody else seemed to put in good time so it must be me. I hope it is just an off day and not an indication of my fitnesslevel.
